C4C 2026 Fellowship: From Selection to Practical Experience

The 2026 Conversations4Change (C4C) Fellowship has progressed through three major stages, marking a strong journey of learning, development, and practical entrepreneurial growth.

The journey began with the opening of applications, a rigorous selection process, and the selection of 25 outstanding fellows who demonstrated strong potential, vision, and commitment to creating sustainable impact within their communities.

The second stage was the successful completion of the first capacity-building workshop, where the fellows gained practical knowledge and strengthened their understanding of leadership, innovation, problem-solving, business development, and impact-driven entrepreneurship. This stage provided the foundation and preparation needed for their next phase.

The fellowship has now entered its third stage—the 4-month internship journey, which commenced on 15 June 2026 and runs until 15 September 2026. The fellows are gaining hands-on experience in real professional environments, applying what they have learned while developing practical skills in business operations, management, customer engagement, innovation, and problem-solving.

So far, the 2026 fellowship journey has moved from selection, to learning, and now to practical experience. Each stage is designed to build on the previous one, preparing the fellows to become more confident, capable, and impact-driven entrepreneurs.

As we move forward, C4C looks ahead to the continued growth, transformation, and achievements of the 25 fellows as they turn knowledge into experience and experience into impact.
