The need to empower young people so they can engage effectively and become equal partners and architects of development within their various countries, has never been greater than it is today. It is in response to this urgent need that CONVERSATIONS FOR CHANGE (C4C) was created. C4C has followed the efforts of the many agencies in the world that have also recognized the urgency of this need for youth empowerment and engagement. A great deal has been done. But more needs to be done to expand and accelerate the reach of the many programmes which seek to reach out to and support and empower young people. More needs to be done to reach as many young people as possible with the important information, skills and tools so necessary for their progress and well-being.

We are a non-profit organisation founded on this crucial need to inspire, motivate and support young people all over the world in their journey to becoming key players in world development. Our vision is to create a world where young minds are empowered and encouraged to find their niche in society and use their skills and talents in improving their societies and indeed their world. Our special niche and purpose is to do these using strategies which are as truly inclusive of as many young minds as possible.

C4C understands the power of meaningful ‘conversation’. We are acutely aware of the potential which can be unleashed and harnessed for good, through providing important information, making this available to as many young minds as possible, interacting and listening and learning from their opinions, and ensuring that these varied opinions are reflected and incorporated in the national discourse and national actions. We see a new future - a world led by vibrant, creative, intelligent and talented young people with a passion for good.
